By downloading or using PomoToki, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PomoToki grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
PomoToki offers a one-time Pro upgrade purchase via Google Play. Once purchased, the Pro features are unlocked permanently on your Google Play account.
Refunds are handled by Google Play's refund policy. Requests made within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund through Google Play.
PomoToki optionally integrates with Todoist via the official Todoist REST API. Use of Todoist is subject to Todoist's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Todoist or Doist Inc. The Todoist integration is provided as a convenience feature. We are not liable for any issues arising from Todoist API changes, outages, rate limits, or other disruptions on Todoist's side. If the integration breaks due to changes in their API or service, we will make reasonable efforts to update the app but cannot guarantee availability.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
